Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DriveDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
DriveDesk is a SaaS platform for Indian car dealerships to manage test drive fleets, bookings, valet assignments, and gate access. Access is granted on a subscription basis after account provisioning by our team.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer any component, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into DriveDesk. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Availability and Support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Pricing and Billing
Subscription fees are billed as per the plan selected during onboarding. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
