Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Your account is fully functional during the trial — invite your team, add vehicles, and run real test drives.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is GST included in the pricing?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is applicable and will be added at checkout. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every payment.
What happens if I need to upgrade mid-month?
You can upgrade your plan from within your DriveDesk dashboard at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remaining billing period.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed via Razorpay. We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
Do you support multiple dealerships under one account?
